I spent twenty years in the banking sector, including a decade as a Branch Director and Senior Project Manager. This background, enhanced by leadership training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), taught me to steer complex projects with a dual focus on rigorous risk management and high-stakes outcomes.
My life was upended by a medical odyssey lasting over four years. This experience triggered a strategic career pivot, leading me to become a Pelvi-Perineal Care Specialist, building upon my original degree in Psychology.
Shortly after launching my practice, a major therapeutic impasse severely jeopardized my autonomy. To overcome it, I mobilized my management expertise to design and coordinate my own recovery protocol: the InnovCare BARTH Model—a sovereign and reproducible healthcare architecture.
This victory is more than a personal recovery. It proves that by structuring the patient pathway with methodology and innovation, we can resolve even the most critical situations. Today, as a Health Innovation Expert, I consult on projects ranging from the creation of specialized medical centers to the development of predictive Machine Learning algorithms designed to revolutionize care pathways.
Through InnovCare BARTH, I empower organizations and patients to transform the healthcare experience. My mission is to bridge the gap between technological innovation and a human-centered approach, ensuring everyone can regain their sovereignty in the face of illness.
